Dalam perkembangan intelektual Islam, pemikiran kritis terhadap dogma keagamaan telah muncul sejak era klasik, yang kemudian dipengaruhi oleh filsafat Barat dan modernitas. Para filsuf Muslim seperti Al-Farabi, Ibnu Sina, dan Ibnu Rushd mengintegrasikan rasionalitas dengan keimanan, sementara pemikir kontemporer seperti Abdolkarim Soroush menekankan pentingnya reinterpretasi agama dalam menghadapi tantangan zaman. Artikel ini membahas dampak sosial dan politik dari ateisme dalam masyarakat Muslim, termasuk pergeseran paradigma keagamaan akibat globalisasi, kebebasan berpendapat, dan reformasi pendidikan. Meskipun ateisme sering kali dipandang sebagai ancaman terhadap identitas keislaman, fenomena ini juga mencerminkan pencarian kebenaran melalui pendekatan rasional dan ilmiah. Perdebatan antara tradisi dan modernitas memunculkan kebutuhan akan dialog yang konstruktif dalam menyikapi pluralitas pemikiran. Kesimpulannya, ateisme dalam Islam bukan sekadar penolakan terhadap keimanan, tetapi juga bentuk refleksi kritis terhadap praktik keagamaan dan sistem sosial yang ada. The choice of using a semantic view in understanding the Qur'an can be done in various steps taken in the semantic Thosihiko Izutsu is to search for keywords, find basic meanings, and relational meanings which include syntagmatic and paradigmatic analysis, in addition to that the semantic weltanschauung of the Qur'an is also studied, Diachronic and synchronic semantics are also a search for history, local culture, and people's mindsets. Thus, semantic analysis wants to present the importance of understanding the Qur'an's fragmented ideas in order to achieve its total idea (its worldview). The importance of capturing the Qur'an's worldview is closely related to the function of the Qur'an as guidance. The fact that the Qur'an was revealed for the benefit of mankind requires a proper understanding of the teachings contained in it. An interpretation is considered valid if it is able to express God's intentions. In the theoretical realm, this study examines the thoughts of Ayatollah Khomeini as the leader of the Islamic Revolution of Iran, who proposed wilāyatul faqīh as the foundation of Iran's new state after the success of the revolution. This study also compares the concept with monarchy and democracy in Khomeini's political thought. Practically, this study begins with a chronicle of Khomeini's political career to posit his theoretical thoughts in the chronology of the success of the 1979 Iranian Revolution. This study shows that Khomeini's total rejection of monarchy was initially triggered by his political journey which ultimately revised all his views on monarchy. His acceptance of democracy was more due to its coherence with the Islamic values</em><em> </em><em>he adhered to. Fokus utama penelitian ini adalah untuk mengeksplorasi bagaimana penerapan tema tersebut dalam kurikulum dapat mempengaruhi pembentukan karakter dan perkembangan kompetensi siswa. Penelitian ini juga meneliti efektivitas penerapan model Project-Based Learning (PBL) dalam pelaksanaan proyek P5. Penggunaan model PBL memungkinkan siswa mengembangkan kreativitas dan kemandirian, karena mereka diberi kebebasan untuk mengolah ide dan melaksanakan berbagai kegiatan proyek secara mandiri. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, diskusi, dan penelitian langsung di lapangan (field research). Data dianalisis menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, yang diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan berguna untuk pengembangan kurikulum yang lebih relevan dengan kebutuhan pendidikan di masa depan serta memberikan kontribusi dalam pemahaman penguatan profil pelajar Pancasila melalui pendekatan pembelajaran berbasis proyek. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan bahwa siswa tidak hanya dapat memahami pentingnya menjaga kesehatan jiwa dan raga, tetapi juga mengembangkan keterampilan abad ke-21, seperti berpikir kritis, kreativitas, komunikasi, dan kolaborasi. Hodgson and Muhammad Syaḥrūr. Despite coming from different backgrounds and scholarly traditions—Hodgson as a Western historian and Syaḥrūr as a Muslim intellectual—both developed epistemological frameworks that potentially revolutionize understanding of Islamic civilization and its scripture. This research explores the intersections between Hodgson's concept of "Islamicate" and Syaḥrūr's theory of limits (<em>ḥ</em><em>ud</em><em>ū</em><em>d</em>), particularly in conceptualizing the relationship between religious norms and civilizational dynamics. Using a comparative-integrative approach, this article demonstrates how the thoughts of these two figures can be synergized to produce a more comprehensive theoretical framework for understanding the dynamics of tradition and modernity in the Islamic context. The research findings show that the Hodgson-Syaḥrūr synthesis offers a productive alternative to the traditionalism-modernism dichotomy that often dominates contemporary Islamic discourse. This discourse in the media includes social, ideological, and theological issues, which are used to strengthen and assert its dominance over other Islamic groups. The present research employs a descriptive-qualitative approach, the objective of which is to describe and comprehend objectively the prevalence of the Islam Nusantara discourse in the media, particularly in social, ideological and theological discourses. The primary sources utilised in the research encompass a range of online media, including NU Online media and various online news sites, which collectively demonstrate the pervasive influence of the Nusantara Islam discourse. Conversely, secondary sources are derived from extant literature or prior studies that remain pertinent to this investigation concerning the predominance of the Islam Nusantara discourse.</em> <em>The results of this study demonstrate that Islam Nusantara discourse in the media and social discourse is characterised by Islam Nusantara as the identity of the NU group. In ideological discourse, Islam Nusantara becomes the ideology of nationality. In the context of theological discourse, Islam Nusantara is employed as a representation of Islam as rahmatan lil 'alamin. The factors contributing to this preeminence include its capacity to embrace local traditions and cultural practices, its extensive following, its resemblance to pancas as a state ideology, its contextual interpretation, and its assertion of a scientific, direct lineage to the Prophet Muhammad. The implication is that in social discourse, Islam Nusantara becomes a national identity, thereby creating a sense of alienation among other Islamic groups. In the context of ideological discourse, it has implications for the consolidation of national ideology, thereby fostering polarisation among Muslims who do not subscribe to the same ideological framework. It is important to note the implication in theological discourse of the creation of pluralism. This means that Islam in Indonesia cannot only be understood through a single perspective; rather, it must be interpreted in a diverse social and cultural context. Discourse in Foucault's domination theory functions as a mechanism for social control, serving to normalise specific ideas within society. With regard to the predominance of the Nusantara Islam discourse, the understanding of Nusantara Islam initiated by NU is regarded as the prevailing norm, and is therefore expected to be adhered to by the social community.
