In Immanuel Kant’s thought&nbsp; that human being are only able to know at the level of phenomena by using a priori categories. Certainly, the implication of this view is rejection of metaphysics. Immanuel Kant’s mistake for Muhammad Taqi Mishbah Yazdi because he can’t distinguish between concept and reality. This study uses descriptive – analysis method, which relies on liblary research and prioritizies philosophical and theoretical preparation, with the main&nbsp; reference sources being books by Muhammad Taqi Mishbah Yazdi, al-Manhaj al-Jadīd fīī Ta’lîm al-Falsafah. According to Muhammad Taqi Mishbah Yazdi, when we want to know the reality must look at from the side of existence (wujūd) and quiddity (māhiyah). Subject knowledge with objek is not intersubjektif deal whereas reality as it is not turned away from reality, even though there are limitions to the subject in knowing the object, this is objectivity it self. </em></p> <p><strong>Abstrak</strong></p> <p>Tulisan ini merupakan tinjauan filosofis pemikiran Muhammad Taqi Mishbah Yazdi mengenai prinsip epistemologi yang bertujuan untuk mengkritik batasan-batasan pengetahuan Immanuel Kant. Dalam pemikiran Immanuel Kant bahwa manusia hanya mampu mengetahui pada tataran fenomena dengan menggunakan kategori-kategori <em>a priori</em>. Tentu saja implikasi dari pandangan tersebut adalah penolakkan terhadap metafisika. Adanya kekeliruan Immanuel Kant bagi Muhammad Taqi Mishbah Yazdi karena tidak dapat membedakan antara konsep dan realitas. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif-analitis, yang bertumpu pada penelitian kepustakaan dan lebih mengutamakan olahan filosofis dan teoritis, dengan sumber refrensi utama buku-buku karya Muhammad Taqi Mishbah Yazdi terutama <em>al-Manhaj al-Jadīd fīī Ta’lîm al-Falsafah.</em> Menurut Muhammad Taqi Mishbah Yazdi, ketika ingin mengetahui realitas kita harus melihat dari sisi eksitensi (<em>wujūd</em>) dan kuiditas (<em>māhiyah</em>). The Qur'an, as the holy book of Muslims, not only contains spiritual guidance, but also provides principles relevant to disaster risk management. This research identifies and analyzes verses from the Koran related to piety, obedience, environmental management, and human attitudes in facing disasters. Through a qualitative approach with thematic interpretation methods, this research found that the Al-Qur'an provides comprehensive guidance that can be integrated into disaster mitigation strategies. Piety and obedience to Allah SWT increases public awareness and preparedness, while teachings about environmental management encourage practices that can reduce disaster risks. Apart from that, the Qur'an also teaches an attitude of patience and trust in facing disasters, which can strengthen people's mentality and spirituality in emergency situations. This research concludes that understanding and applying the values ​​of the Koran can contribute significantly to disaster mitigation efforts, creating communities that are more resilient and ready to face various disaster threats.</em></p> Kerwanto Kerwanto Copyright (c) 2024 Jurnal Islam Transformatif: Kajian Islam dan Perubahan Sosial 2024-11-25 2024-11-25 1 2 31 50 Dinamisme Islam dalam Perspektif Muhammad Iqbal https://jurnal.isif.ac.id/index.php/ijin/article/view/23 <p>Memasuki abad modern yang ditandai dengan kemajuan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi, terutama sesudah pembukaan abad 19, Islam menghadapi kontak dengan dunia barat yang selanjutnya membawa ide-ide baru masuk ke dunia Islam. Hal ini menimbulkan persoalan baru di dunia Islam yang mendorong para intelektual Islam untuk merespon perkembangan tersebut. Pada saat yang sama dunia Islam sedang menghadapi fase stagnasi dan statis dimana umat Islam terikat dengan semua hasil ijtihad para ulama abad klasik. Kehadiran Iqbal di tengah umat Islam di anak benua India hendak membawa umat Islam keluar dari kejumudan menuju Islam yang dinamis dan progresif. Penulis menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif-kualitatif. Jenis penelitiannya kepustakaan (library research) yaitu penelitian yang bersifat kepustakaan dengan data-data yang diambil dari bahan tertulis, berupa buku maupun lainnya yang memiliki kaitan dengan topik pembahasan. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa Sir Muhammad Iqbal merupakan salah satu tokoh pembaharuan Islam di India yang mendorong dinamisme Islam. Ia melihat satu faktor utama yang menjadikan umat Islam jumud, statis dan kaku adalah anggapan tertutupnya pintu ijtihad. Ia meyakini bahwa nilai-nilai Al-Qur’an sejatinya membangkitkan kesadaran manusia yang lebih tinggi mengenai hubungannya dengan Tuhan dan alam semesta. Al-Qur’an tidak memuat dengan detail hal tersebut, namun manusia yang dituntut untuk kreatif dan inovatif menghadapi hal tersebut serta menciptakan perubahan-perubahan. However, these efforts will be futile without a solid conceptual foundation. It is important to define education based on the Al-Qur’an and Sunnah at an early stage, because this definition will become the foundation for developing a comprehensive concept of Islamic education. The aim of this research is to examine the concept of tarbiyah from the perspective of the Al-Qur’an and Hadith and identify its implications for contemporary education. The method used is a literature review of Islamic primary sources and related literature. This research concludes that the application of the tarbiyah concept in contemporary education can improve quality Islamic education. Some of the implications that can be drawn from this research are the focus on character development, not only the formation of students but also the example of educators, relevance to real life by developing all potential in facing contemporary challenges.</em></p> <p><strong>Keywords: </strong><em>Tarbiyah, Islamic Education, Contemporary Education</em></p> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p> <p><strong>Abstrak: </strong>Pengakuan akan signifikansi pendidikan dalam membentuk generasi yang mampu merespons tantangan zaman modern semakin menguat. Namun, upaya ini akan sia-sia tanpa landasan konseptual yang kokoh. Penting untuk mendefinisikan pendidikan berdasarkan Al-Qur’an dan as-Sunnah pada tahap awal, sebab definisi inilah yang akan menjadi fondasi bagi pengembangan konsep pendidikan Islam yang komprehensif. Tujuan penelitian ini ialah untuk mengkaji konsep <em>tarbiyah</em> dalam perspektif Al-Qur’an dan Hadis serta mengidentifikasi implikasinya bagi pendidikan kontemporer. Metode yang dilakukan yaitu kajian pustaka terhadap sumber-sumber primer isslam dan literatur terkait. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa penerapan konsep <em>tarbiyah</em> dalam pendidikan kontemporer dapat meningkatkan pendidikan islam yang berkualitas. Ibnu Khaldun juga dikenal sebagai sosiolog dan sejarawan muslim yang menggunakan sejarah sebagai alat analisis untuk menyimpulkan dan menjelaskan permasalahan sosial ekonomi. Dia memiliki pemahaman yang mendalam tentang hukum sebab dan akibat untuk menemukan hukum alam yang mengatur masyarakat. Pada bidang ekonomi, Ibnu Khaldun banyak menulis tentang hal-hal yang di masa depan akan menjadi landasan bagi teori ekonomi modern mulai dari ekonomi mikro hingga perdagangan internasional. Beberapa konsep ekonomi yang sudah dibahas antara lain : nilai, harga, uang, pembangunan, distribusi, keuangan publik, sewa, siklus bisnis, politik ekonomi dan manfaat perdagangan. Konsep pembangunan yang dia rumuskan dalam delapan nasihat utama, antara satu dengan yang lain saling terkait. Delapan nasihat itu yaitu : (1) Pemerintahan yang kuat tidak akan tercapai kecuali melalui penegakan syari’at: (2) Syariah hanya dapat dilaksanakan oleh pemerintahan; (3) Kerajaan tidak akan bertambah kekuasaannya kecuali melalui masyarakat (<em>al-rijal</em>); (4) Masyarakat hanya akan bertahan dengan kekayaan (<em>al-mal</em>); (5) Kekayaan tidak bisa dicapai kecuali dengan pembangunan (<em>al-imarah</em>); (6) Pembangunan hanya bisa dicapai dengan keadilan; (7) Keadilan adalah kriteria yang digunakan oleh Allah SWT untuk menilai manusia; dan (8) Pemerintahan bertanggung jawab untuk mewujudkan keadilan.</p> Dian Pertiwi Ris'an Rusli Amilda Amilda Copyright (c) 2024 Jurnal Islam Transformatif: Kajian Islam dan Perubahan Sosial 2024-11-25 2024-11-25 1 2 109 128 CORAK KEBERAGAMAAN MASYARAKAT MULTIKULTURAL (Studi di Desa Lugusari Kecamatan Pagelaran Kabupaten Pringsewu) https://jurnal.isif.ac.id/index.php/ijin/article/view/35 <p><em>This research aims to describe the diversity of multicultural communities who live and settle in a particular area or place, has different characteristics between one community with other citizens where each citizen wants to have a distinctive culture and characteristics. This can be seen in human life such as a variety of religions, habits, traditions, customs, tribes that match the characteristics of life. Religious diversity can be a disaster that contains potential conflicts. As a social reality, religion is often a problem, where religion on the one hand is considered an autonomous personal right, but on the other hand this right has complex social implications in people's lives. in fact, tolerance which is an important condition for the formation of harmony and peace is not realized. There are several obstacles that arise when realizing tolerance between religious communities, namely fanaticism that claims its own religion is the most correct, so to avoid disharmony it is necessary to foster a moderate way of religion, or an inclusive way of Islam or an open religious attitude.</em></p> <p><em>This research is a qualitative study using the type of field research (field reseach). And the nature of research in this study is descriptive analysis, namely research that describes the state of an object to understand the religious patterns of multicultural communities in the village. The data sources used are primary and secondary data, as a form of research that is collecting data through interviews, observation, and documentation methods. To achieve the results of the study this researcher used Descriptive, Interpretation and continuity methods. Which analysis method is used to describe an object related to research by drawing conclusions.</em></p> <p><em>In this study found that the Role of Multicultural Community Religion Lugusari Village Can Maintain Tolerance creates harmony, harmony, and peace. If the harmony has an influence on multicultural society, such as mutual understanding of one another, implementing a peaceful religious life, mutual tolerance, in terms of diversity, the above behavior has been seen in rural communities, so that peace has now been created and fostered until now The role of this community is as a basic description of the policy administrators, by having four religions that are believed by the community, namely Islam, Hinduism, Protestant Christianity, and Catholicism. The emergence of community diversity, namely in the context of religion in society, because of this reality, a negative concern arises, namely worrying about having an attitude of fanaticism between religious groups in society, then to protect it, FKUB is formed so that no conflict occurs. Thus, to arouse students' enthusiasm in learning Arabic, motivation is needed. The purpose of this study was to determine the motivation to learn the language of the students at MTs Al-Mudzakirin and to find out the inhibiting and supporting factors that cause students to be motivated or not motivated in learning Arabic which were analyzed through MC Clelland's theory. This research method uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data analysis using source triangulation and method triangulation. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. The subjects of this study were 5 students of class 7A and 5 students of class 7B. The data obtained came from Arabic teachers and students.
